Add options for nonlooping case in Background Video Functions

For nonlooping videos, would it be possible to add controls to either reset the video to frame 1 or freeze it on the last frame upon scrolling past the section? In most browsers, once you scroll past, then scroll slowly back up, you briefly see the end state of the video before a reset to the first frame is triggered. It would be great if one could choose between “freeze on last frame” or “reset video as it scrolls out of view."
