Allow multiple levels of nested folders

Although the Nested Folders plugin works great with one level of nesting, when introducing deeper levels of nested folders several issues start to appear both on desktop and mobile. After investigating the best part of a day reviewing the CSS and JS of the plugin, I have managed to fix nearly everything - and I only have limited coding abilities. So it can be done. Thank you for looking into this.
