Pinned Page Navbar - Usable on Blog Collections

I recently purchased the Pinned Page Nav Bar and Sidebar Page Nav to help people navigate through the giant blog posts a bit easier, but quickly realized that it can be only used with sections. I love the format of both but would love a addonn plugin that would let me use it for blog posts.

I have been trying to edit to create faux “sections” in the blog with code blocks as hooks for the original Nav Bar Code to scroll to without much luck.
