Section Loader Supreme - Display Blocks

The modal pop-up plugin allows us to target any block or any page and use the targeted block/page as a pop-up.

The Section Loader Supreme plugin allows us to target any page and use it as an embedded section, but not any block. My request is to add a similar block targeting feature to the one the Section Loader Supreme plugin uses.
