Custom Search Results Page

My entire website is a dark theme, but my search results page is on a white background. I’ve scrubbed through forums and can’t seem to find any good solutions to customize that page since it’s a system page from Squarespace. It would be nice to be able to match the search results page to one of my preset color themes and have some control over the spacing and formatting of the search results themselves.
