Smooth transition between Mega Menus

When hovering over the links from one mega menu to another, there’s a pretty distracting flash that happens, especially if you have images in the mega menus. Would love to see a snippet, or more core adjustment added that enables a smoother transition between menus as you go from one to another. Just a simple ease-in-out 0.2 or similar would be ideal.
